By agreeing to, and participating in GOOD MORNING LALA LAND or/and DR. ERIN SHOW, I irrevocably grant Good Morning LaLa Land, LLC. and Erin Fall Haskell, Inc., and its contractors and vendors working on this project, and/or assigns the right to record my likeness and/or voice on audio tape, videotape or film, and digital photography to edit such tape, film or electronic file, to incorporate the same into any non-broadcast or broadcast TV, cable, websites, printed publications, signs and collateral. And to use or authorize such recording, tape, film or digital photography or any portion thereof in any manner, media or production at any time or times throughout the world in perpetuity, unless otherwise noted in a prior written agreement contract, and to use my name, voice and likeness, and in connection therewith. I hereby release all parties and its contractors and vendors working on this video and anyone using said recording, tape, film or other material from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses which I now have or may hereafter have by reason of use thereof.
