Let’s do Business:

DAILY INSPIRATION: According to Telegraph “The average woman will kiss 15 men, enjoy two long-term relationships and have her heartbroken twice before she meets 'The One', a study reveals” So, whether you are desiring to be in a committed long term relationship or marriage, the reality is that you will have to deal with a breakup at some point. It is time we all mature about it and learn to how to lovingly breakup. Whatever the reason people break up, be it picking the wrong person, cheating, unfulfilled expectations, different lifestyles, not enough chemistry, different values, missions don’t align, someone is too fat, too skinny, too short, etc. There has to be a mature, conscious way of breaking up in a lovingly way. The truth is there isn’t a formula for lovingly breaking up, but there is a conscious way of doing it that aligns with the universe. 1. Gratitude 2. Growth 3. Grace. All relationships are the opportunity to discover more about ourselves and to practice becoming the highest version of ourselves with service and love. We are here to learn unconditional love and be true to our unique way of thriving. The goal is to grow, express, and serve without hurting or colliding with anyone else.

DAILY UNIVERSAL LAW: Today we align with The Law of Circulation. All of life is an exchange of energy, a flow of giving and receiving. This is the current of consciousness at an expanding rate, multiplied abundantly. Through this dynamic exchange, the Universe instantaneously responds to what you give to life. You reap what you sow.

DAILY SPIRITUAL PRACTICE: Go within meditation and prayer and give Gratitude, Growth, and Grace to any person you have ever dated that you feel you need to find peace with.

DAILY CHALLENGE: Write a letter of gratitude.
